Do I need installation for the devices?+
The Astro 200 is OBD plug & play — no installation needed. Simply plug into your vehicle's OBD-II port (under the dashboard). The Astro 500, 900, and 1100 require professional wiring installation. SafeRoad provides installation support across Saudi Arabia.
What's included in the monthly data plan?+
The monthly plan covers platform access, data transmission, Wasl integration, software updates, and customer support. SIM card connectivity is included. No extra fees for standard features.
Are the devices Wasl-certified?+
Yes — all SafeRoad devices are certified by CITC and TGA and are fully integrated with Saudi Arabia's national Wasl transport platform. SafeRoad has been a certified Wasl provider since the platform launched.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery across Saudi Arabia takes 2–5 business days. After placing your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and arrange delivery. Express delivery is available in major cities.
What is the warranty?+
All SafeRoad devices come with a 12-month hardware warranty. The Astro 1100 includes an extended 18-month warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Physical damage is not covered.
